There are two ways to get it. You can find it in the creative inventory. Or you can make it fall from a high place.
Once you explode, it will create a mushroom cloud and do a lot of damage to the environment. It can also spawn a fireball that will burn everything in its path.
It’s recommended to place it on the ground. This way, you can do more damage. If you place it on the ground, the explosion will create a crater.
